As expected BN win the court case where Zambry Abd Kadir has been announced as rightful Perak MB today

According to latest Malaysiakini breaking news – The Federal Court, the highest court in the country, delivered a unanimous decision that Zambry Abd Kadir of BN is the rightful Perak menteri besar.

This is expected result as the whole situation is not towards Dato Nizar or PKR advantages at the beginning.
It is a sad thing as people of Perak has lose their democracy power to vote for the rightful party to rule the state after the high court result.

More importantly, it has shown to the world that Malaysia is not truly a democratic country but more like absolute monarchy country. Why? Because the high court decided that Sultan has the power to demote a Menteri Perak that has been elected by people if his highest found that the MB had loss majority support.

Personally I believe the ultimate solution to solve the Perak crisis has always been giving the power back to the people and let the people of Perak choose the rightful governing party through state election but this seems the scariest thing for BN as they do not have the confident to win Perak back through that way.

They have more confident in wining back Perak through high court, you might already know why if you been following the story from the begining. Zambry has showed that he can get crazy fast approval to delay the execution of the previous court decision to announce Nizar as rightful Perak MB in just a day or two.

I have been puzzled as why he still can act as rightful Perak MB after the delay of execution and make so many state governing decisions and carry out millions worth of project? Isn`t that means there is no rightful MB when court case is still open?

Well, i guess it is not so bad for PKR as I believe the whole nation are watching what BN trying to do.
