	Anwar win Permatang Pauh By-Election by 61% votes? The by election is officially closed now at 5:00 pm today. Votes counting is happening now. According to the exit survey conducted by PKR, Anwar will win the election by 61% votes. If that is real and calculated based on previous election turn out rate of 80%, this will translate into 28,000 votes for Anwar.
