5 Busses suspected to ferry Phantom voters to Permatang Pauh stopped by PKR, however PKR MP and sons arrested.
30 PKR supporters found 2 busses stopped along the Kulim highway with police guarding the busses.
When asked by PKR MP-Gobalakrishnan, the police told that the two busses are waiting passengers to come back from voting. However the bus driver told PKR that all the passengers are from Melaka state.
This make PKR supporters to believe the bus is used to ferry phantom voters and insist the police escort the bus to police station for investigation.
On the way to police station, PKR stopped another bus full of passenger and suspect they are phantom voters as well.
When they arrive at Seberang Jaya police station, Gobalakrishnan received an sms saying that another 2 suspecious busses also stopped by PKR supporters in Penanti area.
The first bus no is MAH 6678, registered address in Kuala Lumpur, second bus no is WGF 9343 and registered address is Puchong Selangor. The third bus having no CDE 1122 is having registered address as UMNO building Melaka.
FRU arrived later at police station to avoid any violent inciddent.
Are these busses really ferry phantom voters? Let wait for the police investigation result, I am sure it will be interesting.
Something I am not quite understand, does Permatang Pauh has 5-6 busses of registered voters staying out side of Permatang Pauh?
Maybe, but how do they organize busses together to go home to cast their vote?
If the busses are arranged by BN, how does BN notify and gather 5-6 busses of residents staying outside of Permatang Pauh in the busses even they knew all their address and where they work?
Why police guarding the bus?
Doesn`t all that smell fishy enough?
Latest update from Malaysiakini, Gobalakrishnan tried to make a police report after arrive at Seberang Jaya police station but came out after 30 minutes because the police claimed that they are too busy to take any police report.
After some time, Gobalakrishnan tried to make a police report about the phantom voters again, guess what?
He and both and two of his sons are arrested because of stopping the busses!!!
Do you believe this? This is because there is a law say that you cannot stop voters to vote, even phantom voters? Maybe Gobalakrishnan need to provide prove those in the busses are phantom voters.
But can you arrest someone and charge him stopping busses while he try to make a police report? I do not think police can prove all passengers in the bus are registered voters as well in such a “busy” day.
Instead, the police already arrested the MP and and handcrafted his sons for stopping busses.
So, stopping bus has become a crime in Malaysia after election?
